Only 10 days of school wow!!!! So wierd! My lil bro is graduating! And jo is getting married!!!! haha oh man life.... What a ride. Can't say I've said that before haha. Well if you need some dead trees I can try to send you a couple? hmm hmm? haha No, the wedding stuff is not boring to me in the least bit. Sweet I cant wait to hold that grand ole invitation in my "hot hands" as you say.

haha man I've heard so many random descriptions of my hands. Well only 4 but, still all pretty weird.

Oh man I'm jealous of that snow, though we got some pretty legit rain over here. The other day, I heard a rumor from the missionaries that the more you work in the rain the better looking your wife will be. All I gotta say is she better thank me. She probably looked in the mirrior yesterday and was like, dang!, in a good way of course. haha

haha I really hope it warms up in time for Josie's thing. Though that would be pretty cool a summer winter wedding. Now that I'd like to see. Multi themed be hot at the wedding then at the party nice and snowy or for the photos snowy! Yea! haha

Shot in the head huh? (talking about bin laden) That reminds me of this dog I saw the other day. So I don't know what's with the animals here but its like a horror theme they all got going. The other day I saw a kitten I was like "oh hey lil guy how you doing?" It turned its head and had a black hole for an eye and some teeth missing. Yesterday I saw a dog laying on the side walk I thought it was taking a nap, looked pretty peaceful. Then I looked at it's face and it defiantly got hit by a motor. Nasty! Then there was another dog super fluffy but, it was missing a leg. Well I could go on but I'd rather talk about your mouse. haha you should've seen my house in OCoa. That place was full of mice and rats. hah We had a few late nights on a rat chase. One night we managed to corner it but, it was behind the fridge. So I got up on the counter to tilt the fridge, not cause I was scared of the mouse, ovbiously. haha I was to tilt it then the other two had brooms ready to smaack it when it came out. But it ran to the left and they where smacking left and right with the brooms so i decided to help too ,see i wasn't scared, and in the end we ended up killing it but we also broke 3 or so bottles and yea it was super fun.

No it doesn't bother me hearing about Jessica's wedding at all, I'm actally pumped for her one of my ol´buds getting married! How cool is that! haha If it snows for josies it'll snow for hers. haha Wouldn't that be fun for ya'll.

I hear its tradition to bear your testimony in your mision language so im guessing yea. If you want when I call you next week I can do it then, then I wont have to later hah.

hahah GO Bishop! I´m so pumped to have Bishop Drollinger as my bishop not that Bishop Shumway wasnt good. But Drollinger is well AWESOME! I really hope he isnt released before I get back. Thatd be way sad. Oh man I cant wait!
So this Pday was probably one of the best Pdays I've had yet. We woke up at 430-5 and went to the chapel for a "spiritual breakfast" I thought they'd be a little bit of food at least... nope just 5 of us. The branch pres give's us a scripture about cleaning and declares we are to clean the chapel a deep clean. So we set to work and slowly more and more people showed up but for a while it was just us. Taking ALL of the cahirs outside and all other random stuff. Well cleaning the chapel here is WAY more fun then state side. Everything is made of tile so what they do it just bring in the hoses get soapy rags, soapy brooms and just have at it! The whole building had at least an inch or two of water! haha It was crazy! Then we washed ALL of the chairs! I did a quick count and there was about 200 metal chairs and about 260 of the white chairs. We lugged all of them in and all of them out. and moved em a few times around while outside... man oh man was it fun! We spent till 1 in the after noon! Though eventually someone went out and bought some bread and soda with some butter and we all ate a few pieces, then at 12 pres bought some fried chicken. it was super super fun.

So this week we should have two baptisms!!! fansico and yuleisy! and should be putting a meta con gisel. She's super into it and aways reads a TON. She saw us in the street the other day and said she's strated reading the BOok of MOrmon to know it better! shes crazy cool.

Man oh man. Oh so I dont get what it is about here, Stateside I'd try my hardest to sweat. Didn't really work up nothing.. Now I'm just sitting down and well right now I'm working up a bit of a sweat. ya tu sabes. radismo. oh we were contacting the other day. When someone dies here the whole world comes and just sits outside there house. The WHOLE town.. its a smal town here. So the street we were working to go teach all of our citas was on this street then our first cita someone died. so we couldnt go near it. Then all their neighbors said they were to busy sitting to support the person so we kept going down the street and litterally within 30 mins of us going there someone else died. So we couldn't go there either and the whole street was siting there too! so we didnt teach a single lesson that day and had to find a new place to contact but far from there because anyone within airplane flight was on the street. I really want to know how my old investigators are doign in Ocoa espcailly megalina and wilson. And if my 5 guys are still gong to church. Last I heard it isn't looking to good. So I want to go up there and talk with them about that. but yea... till later

Phew I'm glad the boxes (meaning the boxes in the box) were good if they were crushed I would have been well hah crushed. I already felt bad that Jordans box was broken if it was broken, and moldy and borken more I would have felt super bad. I guess JD can't enjoy that one shirt that was in there. My trainer gave me that shirt, some lady in a shop gave it to him because she wanted him to buy something. But I guess that was the tipper even though he didn't want the shirt. hahahah You guys lucked out. That drink really isn't that bad. It grows on you the more you drink it. Though I've also learned really well how to swallow food with out tasting it. Here members love to feed us which I'm definatly NOT opposed to hahah I do love food ;) So the favorite sweet here, ok not favorite maybe but its super popular, is sweet beans. Or just beans with some sugar and some other random chaos. I really don't know what's in it to be honest but it just taste like beans and I'm pretty sure it has some kind of potato in it. It may be yuka haha yea i dont know whats in it. Though it is pretty good just taste like beans with some sugar on em though.

hahahah Like everyone said jess would get engaged freshman year. Called it! Tell her congrats though. oh probably shouldn't put this paragraph in the letter thing. Maybe she dont want the whole world to know she's getting engaged. Cause we know the whole world reads this thing you post every week;) Ya im still as humble as ever eh:)

I'm SO pumped for josie and orchys wedding I hear (deleted for secret keeping purposes) ... I want to talk to orchy for a second you know give him the brother talk thing hahah and ya tu sabes. haha thats going to be there cake topper? haha thats josie alright what a studette!

oh as for calling on mother's day goes... I think I'm able to call you guys sunday because its mothers day. But my companion says mothers day here is a differnet day. We might call on that day he says it's the last sunday of the month. My calendar says its the 8th... so.....

Oh so I always joke with my companions that people send people ahead of us yelling the mormons are coming, because one second the street is full the next second you're in a ghost town. I've never had so many people afraid of me. People fear us big time for some reason. Just yesterday we were going to a cita in a side ally and we stopped for a second to look at our agendas to make sure it was here and we look up and the people are all grabbing there chairs running for their houses. haha It's kinda funny to watch but, still dont know why they do it. Any way so the other day I actually saw and heard a little boy running down the street saying the mormons are coming. It'll be wierd one day in the future when gente dont run from me when they see me coming. Won't be the big dog on the street anymore.

Speaking of dogs.. we have two now that love to follow us and if other dogs come near us they get in fights. We try and loose the dogs and hide but their fast haha. Though at times the people help us make a wall of a couple people and make sure they don't pass. The dog that lives outside of our house though is a beast when it comes to fighting we walked to this one area and there were four other dogs and they started to fight and he was a beast. He just owned them all. Then right after a little walk there was five! and well yea he's a beast. Lots of barking growling and blanquito and he still comes out on top with the others walking away. Him growling and barking to end. Though luckly dogs fight all the time so the people hopefully don't asscotiate the fights with us. That's why we try and loose the dogs. If they do something stupid we'll be to blame. and that would not be productive for this work.

oh so I heard a rumor, Is passion fruit illegal state side? Because well we drink it all the time here and i heard its illegal stateside. Here it's just another fruit.

So this week here is holy week or something like that so bascially its just another reason for them all to party like crazy and drink some more hahaha. I'm serious there like another super festival every couple weeks. And they are all a week long party. This one though coinsides with easter. oh I think its passover in states. They call it semana santa here. Anyway all I've seen is everyone going to the beach and drinking. So unfortunatly they're sick and death count is going up yesterdaty a girl of 8 years old drowned. A few more a couple of days ago. I hear the sick and injured count is now 300 something. When this week began the second day or so, all the hospitals increased by 100 or so people that were sick or injured. Even one of our invesigators, were not sure where they where but, it's not our busness. Whatever happened they ended up having to get stiches in there hand. I think they said they where at a party... yea its a fun week everyones at the beach so its hard to contact and teach.

Speaking of our invesigators they're all great though we had to push all there fechas back aweek or two. Only one went to church and we had to push his back because hes having other problems and well he did not like that. He's made a big turn around when we told him he got all sad. We told him if we can teach everything we need and everything goes all well we can try and move it up to the 7th and since then we've been teaching him every day and he makes time. He made and extra effort to go to church he said he'll wear a white shirt and tie next sunday so we gave him a tie and taught him how to tie it and yea hes been making an extra effort to study and read the pamplets. The guys a stud. He's accutally one of my better buds here now. It's strange how your invesigators quickly become your friends and buds. I love my invesigators. They're awesome. Well maybe not my invesigtors, a better way to say it is the people god let's me teach. He's put some confidence in me and my companion, putting the teaching of these people into our hands. It's a big responsibility. Really big. I have to step up to the plate, be ready every day to do what He wants me to do. Crazy awesome stuff...

Roberto on the other hand is getting less serious about the lessons he's a refernce of a member but the member, no offense to him, isnt the best example and well yea. He's a bit immature still too. The other day he called us 20 times and it was just a ring and hang up... but Robertos friends are super into it everytime we go over there they all run grab there seats and try and find Roberto.

Yuleisy she's set for the 7th shes super into it. She's always taking notes and reading a bit more in the book of mormon with out us asking. She's super cool.

Oh and we found gisel. She is always asking questions and shes always super into and reads everything as well and doing all the questions in the back and well shes super smart too. Always super good questions.

Oh so I realized the other day my companion looks like Ben Cummings, just black and older. and fransico looks like whats his name... Stewart? brother of dagon bate?... yea..

Wait so were in 9th ward now right? Does that mean my plaque can now go in 9th ward with out someone bugging Bishop. I still feel bad that he got lectured by someone. Who lectured him? Oh please thank brother Walsmen again for all the ties he gave me. There were some pretty good ties.
I love you guys a Ton rember to choose the right and read your scriptures and daily prayers theres great power in daily scripture study and pray. Dont underestimate it. Especially the Scriptures and well prayer. I love yea much.

Hey! So this computer is bieng really handicaped right now and wont let me send the photo but, I'm going to keep trying while I write this. I think I got a virus on my card now from putting it in this computer. Wooh! But oh well, bani usaly takes care of that. Go wedding plans! Being good to go! I'm so pumped for them!! Woah! Boxes got there, well at least one did. So the other box hasn't showed yet? How did you like the photos? You like the photos? basically you've seen all the photo's I have, so nothing too exciting. Did the disk work?

haha glad you arent going through the pics right now, so you can write me:) Um tell Oma not to worry, haha she warned me that she wouldn't be able to write today. Plus she always writes so I'll let her slip this time;)

hahah that Chicago place sounds AWESOME! haha I'll have to try it out sometime later. For now I got me some yun yun. In my last area the big thing was empanadas they were everywhere a stand here a stand there. Franklins stand was by far the best though. If you ever go to Ocoa try his out. Here its yun yuns and corn. This is a campo campo so were surronded by fields. Especialy corn so its pratically free here. Yun yun its bascially a slushy but, everyone sells them and there super super cheap. 5 pesos for a cup full. So instead of buying water just been buying those. love em.
So turns out were like a 10-20 min walk from the beach. So close but so far... I want to try and go find a shell but I'm not sure if were allowed near the beach. But I want a shell from the D.R. so yea... haha

I LOVE LOVE this area. its amazing SUPER DUPER small but, there's a TON of members and they all work super hard. They are constantly willing to go. There are several that want to leave everyday and at leasat 4 that you can go to them any time and say you ready and they´re ready to go. They all love the work here and the work is progressing a TON here. We have 3 fechas set and well what's the cool thing is there not all kids! well little kids these are my first fechas that look like theyll really get baptised that are above (older than 15). They´re 17 and 19 still super young. But making the way up in age, my goal is to find an Old man whos ready to hear the gospel. The 17 and 19 year olds names are yuliesy and fransico. There is a third his name is roberto or papo as the people call him. All super cool and super ready. Yuliesy we left her the law of chastity folleto and a chapter in the libro de mormon and she read all of that took notes and starting reading reading the start up to 1st nefi chapter 3 shes pretty good.

THE CAHPEL Here!! woh!! huge! and beautiful!! WOW. The whole chapel of my old area could fit in part of the sacrament room and part of the lobby. The lobby... haha it has a lobby, for one, and you could fit 1-4 of the old chapel in it and the baptisimal font! WOW! I've never seen one like this before...Wow its well let's just say a tear or two was shed;) Just joking with that i didnt tear up or nothing. hahah but wow its good.
So my companion when I first got here, he said it never rains here. The next 4 or so days basically just rained. hahah I didint let him forget that hahah. Oh when I first arrived here. Wow!

So for my first transfer I wake up right, then the first thing i do is.... well those of you who are easly quezzy or dont like nasty things skip this part;) haha but yea the first thing I did is get up run to the rest room got some diaria and then next thing i know im throwing up at the same time haha thats a fun experience. Smelt horrible too. Though I don't think my compainion heard me throwin up so when I came out I had like a disgusted face on. I looked at him and I guess it just looked like a death glare and he was like "woah! What'd I do?" but yea.

Okay, quezzy people READ ON now haha um The one day I get sick I have to ride on buses. So the hour drive to bani I told the bus guy I felt like pukeing he asked if I wanted him to stop. I said I should make it but then he just slammed on the gas and started racing. hahah and When we were in the city he was just shouting I got sick here! I got sick people! He was trying to weave through traffic, hah! It was funny. But as soon as we stopped I got right out and well as he said "There she blows!!" haha Then while we were waiting for my next compainion, well you don't need details. haha Then as soon as I got off the next bus. This guy was just lke woah! are you alright!? HE accutally passed by again the next day to see how I was, super nice guy. Then later I threw up again and my compainion was like well that can't be normal but they way he said it. He just had his head tilted and kinda looked confused, haha, but just the way he said it.. but yea that was transfers day super fun. I think it was because of the hamburger I ate the day before. I thought that bacon looked iffy.haha oh well it tasted super good.

In ocoa there was a ton of random white people and the people were lighter skinded here I've left the land of brown and find the black people. My compainion says there are mostly hatians here. But there's this one guy who hair has whicked dreadlocks hes super cool. Then theres the 1st counsler. He's got a bit of a limp becasue he was in an accident with a motor. Dominicans are honest and well sometimes just mean. Mostly the little kids. We were walking down the street and they start shouting cojo? It means lame or something like that. Man that guy is boss, the whole way he handled it. He also looks pretty boss with his cane. First time I've used the word boss lately.

In the photos from home everyone is looking so much older! My compainion says JD and jhordan look older then me! Sorry you two, guess you're going to be looking like old farts. Because everyone when we ask how old I look they say 25-30 so, Good Luck hahah Though I think I look pretty young still. Still in my teens so I gotta be young. The costumes for the play look great. Looks like everyones having fun and looks like JD'ss got in a phase I was in, growing the hair out long... though I'll admit that at that time that look was fun haha.

Oh so the hippos done not painted but, I dont think I can paint it. Maybe I can send a pic maybe I can paint it later. But now I need her (Miss. Lutz's) address to send it to her. It's pretty boss I'm considering keeping it for myself and making a few more random animals. Na its not that good but it at least resembles a hippo.

Man, Dominicans when they're yelling at someone it sounds like they want to kill them... "aye aye aye!" hahah but thats just how they yell.

ok this is our house its huge!!!

It's about the size of the old house but just two of us instead of six. I have my own room for my clothes my compainion has his own too. Huge! So far so good almost half way done!

oh so we have a dog! well we dont have one that'd be against the rules. but he lives right out side our house and yea hes pretty cool I like him, he follows around a ton but when we need him to leave its easy enough to loose him.

Ok so the hippo isn't that good but, I didn't spend too much time on it and I really don't know what I'm doing and considering, all I really had was a saw blade and sand paper im going with turned out wellish. :) Did Jd get a new computer? Jordan said shes using jd's old one. So that mean JDs got a new one? So he's heading off to college soon. haha oh man! He looks a bit bigger... though front on man hes got a jaw line.

haha eating me some yun yun... told you there everywhere. theres one right out side and quipes they're good. There like I dont know how to descibe them. Have you heard of them before? I think you have.. oh i had mango for the first time in my life, I'm pretty sure it was the first time. I dont know but it was right off the tree and wow super super super good. I just chomped on that for a little while. opps the picsare done downloading so I gotta go. So love yea have fun
