ohhh i get to meet with the high council... que chulo... but yea were jsut  sitting here in the office, today we went to a self sufficiency  class. it was interesting but were jsut sitting here in the office.. but how are you guys?

hey so i thought of something else  we could maybe do for dinner... grilled cheese sandwiches..... uhh uhhhh ? with tomatoe soup and a nice glass of milk.... real milk..... hmmm...  anyway..... if you already have the stuff for the other one.  thats cool... but  im down with whatever you guys want to eat... really..  im fine with what ever be it grilled cheese home made chicken bowls or  dorito casorol. im down with todo.  man oh man.... but ... yea.

yea I´ve thought about that too... its going to be super duper wierd...  be alone... not leaving at 10 or at 2... staying in the house... not having a real purpose....  itll be wierd.  im pretty sure ill just leave with the missioaries a bit when i get home and have at it that way... see how a state side mission is...  its wierd to think in 2 weeks im not going to be in this country... wierd eh?   though i got to weeks to work it up...  oh about being the YW basketball coach, they know i know nothing about basketball right? and even less about coaching it?

this week was pretty chill. oh wait this week was great. haha habit you know;)  um i had an intercambio with elder Pickett my old comp it was great!  we worked it up in cambita, super beautiful. .  . lots of mountains.. hah and some crazy lady just comes up to us in one of our lessons and just stares at elder Pickett. calls him the serpent of lucifer and lucifers child and stuff and then call him  pretty and haha it was wierd. she just stared at him most of the time.  for a good 10 20 mins.  i ithink it was for his red hair... 

  um . . . oh then that night we had to go down to the pueblo because the next day we had a confernce in Bani...  i thought it was just because that area was so far out... but turns at the ZLS wanted the WHOLE Zone to sleep in there TINI TINY two man house.. hahaha 20 elders just sleeping in one house with 6? matresess.  there was about 5 elders that ended up with out a matress.... i was one of em :,C haha that was not a fun night... not to mention i was sick.haha yea ill tell you about that later. its a funny story. 

  but we left at 6 in the morning and  we got to bani around 730.   and then we had a confernce with elder ANderson. pres of the caribe. it was pretty AWESOME i learned quite a bit..  thats an other thing im going to be missing confernces and stuff with general authorities. imma miss it..  but i had to bvear my testimony because it was my last confernce and i had the first prayer too.. after wards elder Anderson came up to me we talked a little.    I´m going to miss this ...  haha  a but then after that the rest of the week was pretty normal.  but yea ...  the mission.. got to love it.    but love you guys and  ill try and write you next week.

ill tell you about my week.its been pretty good,  were contacting the montain range right now and its jsut a ton of houses super spread out  5 - 10 mins apart.  so its been kind of hard to work, but super beautiful. i love the montains especially green mountains.  jsut full of forest. and full of  trantulas... seen so many since ive been here hahah its redonnkulos ... but im loving it..   the members are super cool..  i had an intercamibo this week wit he ZLS it was fun i wne t to there area and  we wirked hard. thats the way i like it haha  but yea it was  a good week, oh i foudn the agenda i lost about a week ago.. oh you kdont know about that becasue i lost it  on the way home form internet, well on the intercambio some guys is jsut like HEY!  were like WAHT! haha and shes like I HAVE SOMETHING OF YOURS and im like OK haha so we go over and hes got my agande and i say THANKS A TON MISTER . but yea..  its was cool i thought i d never see it again.

 José was baptised. hes a stud apperantly hes cahnged his life a otn since hes met the missionaries. stoppeed smoking drinking and several other things and now hes jsut a stud.     I like him hes supper cool adn after he was baptised everyone gave hima  a hug saying welcome to the family. it was a cool moment.  i liked it a ton.

 but wow 20 ! pounds thats a TON!  so what do you look like now? will you be losing more wieght before i get home?  that super cool, haows your liver feeling ? feeling healthier?;)   only 2 ozs a day... that doesnt sound too healthy. but if youre feel ing great thats awesome.   thats awesome me and josie will be there!!!  woot! all we need is JD to come down and we got the whole crew togther! thatd be crazy ness! its been a while since the whole crew has been togther.  wierd eh?   so shell be there for 2 weeks?  me too!!   haha were going to have a party...
oh so i hear some times the flight plans have it to where i get home at like 12AM or some thing like that... or at least 11  just because its cheaper to wait i guess, but yea nothing new happened this week im jsut trying to not go home early. you know keep working hard.

Mi madre!!! has tenido un milagro en su vida!! que chulo. 

  wow thats a lot of luck that he found out about your liver.  so know you just have to do a lot of excersice and drink lots of water and eat healthy and youll be fine?  good tyhing that in 5 years we dont have to go look for a new liver.. tats doesnt sound like it would be easy. ..  

 but yea now im in najayo... theres not much here, but the members are super chill. theyre really nice and i dont know. we got sucked inot choir pratice so now... every couple days we have choir pratices and its just three males... thena bunch of women... but it lloks like th echoir is helping this ward... i dont know i only have a week here so far. I´m mostly trying to figure out how i can make the biggest impact i can on this area in 5 weeks. ..  make sure the members work hard and all that jazz.  but who knows...  im sure i can find something to do to help it. . . that lasts. 

 so we have a  conference coming up and for your last conference you ahve to bear youre testimony and i have to do it this confernece and i haer the area president will be there. pres Anderson.. not the aposotle but the seventy.. so yea... hes going to judge my spanihs;)  thats something ill miss about the mission, having and apostle or seventy coming down for everything.  but other then that nothing new is happening here...  im glad your surgery went fine.  and that we got your liver problem on the way to be ing fixed.

hey  i just remebered i got some paper from the department of defense.. i dont know exatly what it says... but i think it basically says i have no insurance but im elgiable for tempory 6 month insurance....  imma try to scan it and send it over so you see what it is... because i have no clue what it is...

welp hope you get better quickly, Loved the fotos they were great.    espescially the ones of josie fat;) haha  Hey heres this Photo but dont Post it on that blog thing you got going on.  dont know if thats against mission rules.. we´re really not supposed to swim...  but yea it was super good feeling, we boiled some water and put it in there and yea it was like a yakusi.     but yea i did a how long i could hold my breath thing i did it for 1m 17 secs.. im pretty proud of that imma try and get it up...   yea P days... you experiment a lil.  but imma write the bulk thing to dad too. 

my new area,  um what else... i dontr ember, oh and oine is me on top of the abondonded building, and   dont remberth e other. but yea love you and hope you have fun and get better, and thatwas s uper cool with the crains... ton s of photos can you TEll Sis Porter thnaks for sending me the photos as well they were super COol   hahah i cantbe lievey ou all made that many, thatsaTON  hah  but yea i love you and immaget  some photos of th ebuilding entero today..  maybea l ittle bit of the inside but if i get in the insidei tsa  video so youll see it whenit when i get home.

hey just read your letter from last week. it got here after i left i guess, but yea jordan told me about  asking chris to prom, though did chris want to say no or does jessica just have beef against Jordan?  

 hahah 1000 cranes! thats a TON youll definatly have to take a Picture of that because thats WOH!  1000 dang...  hah id offer my service but i dont think thatd be a realistic offer.  hey guess what happens in 4 days from today? two things... I ll have 18 months in the mission! and most importantly.... Jordans going to be an OLD toot. cant say fart just yet because those are really strong and old style its just a toot status right now.  but man oh man 

 Did you all see confernce!!! it was AWESOME!  just boss i learned a TON!  Elder Holland had a great talk same with Elder Christoferson, and well there was a bunch o f good ones.  i hope you all watched it. it was wow.  haha so we have an investigator that lives about 1 hour walking from the chapel. and he came to ALL four sessions and hes the one that lives in an abondoned building so hes got no car and not much to pay for pasaje. so inbetween sessions he just stayed there, and we couldnt stick around for those two hours becaus ewe had to go to a couple appiontments, so poor guy just sat alone for 2 hours of it. and saturday after the 2 sessions 6 hours for him sitting there we´re like hey if you want you can stick around till 8 for the priesthood session it goes till 10 hahah hes just na man i gotta go eat! im starving haha.  jjust his facial  expression because hes a gaint haitian and his face is like of someone thats just lived a hard life and  just face of a tough guy that might kill you, but if you knew him you ´d know hes super nice and kind.  but his face was like na na i gotta go.  haha and sunday after the first session hes like alright thats it now right we said well theres one... more. and hes just like what_ one more?? oh man fine ill stay. haha so he just dedicated 12 hours of his life the past 2 days. thats a Ton of faith.  we think he realling likes feeling the spirit and likes the feel of the church, but that he still hasnt prayed to get a testimony we dont want to baptize him with him jsut feeling good but we want him to get a confermation about these things because people who just like the church because its good to go to church dont stick aroudn for a long time and when someone offends them they jsut leave then you have an other inactive.  but hes a stud. I really like carlos. 

 plus fineli was there shes super good, SUPER SUPER shy but shes a stud shes been going to church with one member for like a month or 2 and we jsut got her as a reference 3 weeks or so ago.  

 but yea thats all that really happened this eek. its was a fun week.

ps no i can say fart, but shes not a fart, farts are really bigger, and more grand its like a higher honor, toot is jsut like a little yungun trying to let one but nothing happens....  so  i can say fart, its jsut shes not up to that status yet;)  

 yea iwas just thiniking that too once you have them all done you have to set them up, and how is he going to carry them over, and where is he storying them, thats got to weigh a ton!  

 yea the city is a WHOLE new mission i feel like im state side now, in almost all my other areas its a filter through the investigators , whos really interested, whos just got nothing better to do and just wants a friend to talk to, stuff like that because everyone would say yea come in yea come again when are you coming back, stuff like that. here its more state side well take who we can get. its trying to build up our pool of investigators.  but like state side(as far as i know )  when we get one  its someone who generally has a bit more interest. they last longer but in the end you see they jsut wante4d to learn mor eabout the mormons but wornt nor plan on chaning, lots of time i go with it anyway hoping theyll feel the spirit and complete with the compromisos that we leave, but they have the mind shut to that they have theyre heart a little hardend from the start saying no never cahnge so they never pray to see if this is true, they never read to see about the book of mormon of this church of the gospel. yea. its a WAY different mission here, instead of a district im in a stake, i now have a mission leader, and coordination meetings. and i bunch of stuff we were just tryiong to get started out there. its way different.  plu severyone here works  so we go contacting but everyones at work till 6  including the members so the only time we can really put appionments is 6-9 but thats the only time we can contact as well, so we cant contact if we got our citas, and  then what are we going to do from 2-6?  because everyones at work..... its a toughy....  

  but yea  its fun.

wait thats not a mini van is it? i cant tell you didnt get the whole thing in . its not a mini van at all is it?

oohh were going red mini van style now eh? did you all trade in the green one or are we a two car family now? 

 this week was pretty sweet, that area is pretty sweet, though it is SUPER hard we have to work harder but the rewards are definatly more as well you just have to work hard to find them. 

  like we had 236 contacts this week! a normal week like like 140 contacts but we contact a ton but yea were working hard with the members and the members and starting to really give us some good refernces, like today were getting a family of 5 as a refence, that Dk all want to be baptised because they went to Utah to learn abou tthe mormons and now are back and ready to be baptised. 

 also we have an other reference of an other person whos been super preped and ready. and we had this sweet contact the other day we met him once and incited him to church and he went! all alone!  but now were having a hard time getting back in touch with him because he works a ton.  its a fun area, the members are super nice. all of them want to work its just they´re all working a ton so its hard to find time. but were trying to work more with there time, though because everyone works here  everyone gets home at like 6 so 6- 9 are prime hours but the all want to eat dinner or go to the bar or rest.  but till 6 is just the maids and butlers in the houses saying the owner is no t here. haha oh well. were working on it.  wow i ate at a members house yesterday who is a chef and WOW talk about delicous!!!! it was by far the best thing ive eaten in my mission. though when i find a BK that always makes my mouth water for a while soooo good.  BK.....  but yea everything is going great here, jsut trying to wokr hard, be obident and all that jazz. 

 you all should do the same, try to really help them missionaries over there. invite some friends to conference and get them asking who are all these old people and then explain about profets and apolstles and then pass em to the missionaries, or prep them a ton go to churhc with them talk to them constantly about the gospel itll be fun.

hey this new comp looks like is a use internet early kind of guy. but wow i love this near are just woh!  but yea ill write you  right now.

so theres a bunch of photos. I hope you like them. you have a new car?? you know you have to send a picture of that... its like a rule. so go get a photo :)    but yea man ohh man the capitial soooo differnt from the campo.  this is a whole new ball game here, the people here are way smarter, richer and snotier.  we´ve been contacting this apartment complex place thing and all it is is buzzers to talk to them and they all after you say missionaries jsut hang up.... so its easy to get contact numbers but hard to get appiontments. especially in this other area its just there maids that come to the door and say the owner is not here right now...  haha buyt im making it as fun as it can be espesciially when there buzzers have a camera on it... oh man the capitial but wow our ward(wierd im in a ward now) is super diverse. we have a person from hondurus, russia, chile, haitian, paraguay, and an american family!! wow eh? its wierd the russian doesnt speak that much spanish the american family either, but the american served his mission in russa  so they talk some times and other then the dad of the american family they know no spanish as far as ive heard and the dads learning it. im pumped to get to know them better, but wow theres so much english spoken here! its rediculous the bishop, ym pres and a couple others speak it fluently plus half of the contacts doo as well, and we contacted an american family...  i guess ill ahve to learn to teach in english because i tried it the other day and it just wouldnt come out that easly. but yea its been a blast here so far.

   How long will JD be staying with you? that should be fun. ha DMV im sorry that stinks. if it makes you feel better i have to sit on a bus for the next 4-5 hours.  I´m getting transfered!  
 I´m going back to the capitial. san geronimo. I´ll be with elder Tyler.   he should be goin ghome soon i may be killing hiom off i dont know.  hmm. but yea san geronimo, DK thats right next to my old area los alcorrizos. so i have a really small cahnce of running into my old converts,families and investigators... thats going to really stink not being able to visit them while bieng soooo close..... stink. i really really want to see them. but if i die in this area, on my last pday im allowed to visit my old areas in the capitial. so well see in 7 or 6 months. isnt that wierd? i could possible die in this area.... im only have 5 transfers left. i could easly stay 5 in this area.  wierd.  
 but yea Rosi and Mabel got baptised! it was awesome, cinthia didnt get baptised but there was a miz up with the rules. if it sa refrernce from a non member they have to wait 3 onths so she has to wait till april 28th.... so i wont be able to baptise her but o well. the most important thing is that she gets baptised and understands the importance of staying in church. or of everything. ooh man. but because im so far out  i wont be able to write a really long letter because  i have to go to san juan tonight and the las tbus leaves at 530sih.... sometimes at 5 sometimes at 530 so i have to get there early to make sure i dont have to rent a taxi to take me over there because thats as expencive as a cheap computer.   
 im sad to say bye to all my investigators. and families and friends and converts and all them but one day ill see them again. and we just found an amazing family too! haha ju seems to be my luck. but oh man im super supe rpumped to go to san geronimo and maybe just maybe by some wierd luck ill see my friends from los alcs. plus i get la sierna!!! or plaza lama... its basically a walmart! ill go from leaving in this house where we almost dont have water  and only a street market to haveing dk super good water and light and a super market!!!! oh man!! im pumped!   time to make me some new friends!!  
oh so this sunday was district confernce.  Elder Anderson of the seventy came and president of the mission. it was pretty cool, i learned a lot. they talked a lot about families and the importance of choosing the right. 
 but hey time is a little limited today, and i have to write JD still and a few others.

pps oh man mum! the mission is great! i love it. should be  ablast! but now my bags wiegh over 80 pounds each......  haha whne i its time for me to come home im going to have to ditch a ton!!  i´ve gotten a lot more books lately. and i have a book full of liahonas there going to send to me later.... hahah oh man im not even a pack rat, its just i have a lot of books now. wierd huh? me and a lot of books hahah wierd part i acctually read them and use them.... from time to time.

well i ws going to send some pictures last week but this internet center is really too slow to send photos i think youll have to wait at least till i get a new area, which should only be like a week or two. we get the transfer call this sunday...!!!!!! im pupmped!!!!  four transfers here i really wouldnt mind staying an other but..... i would much rather see a new area...  but ll about what God wants right?

 so has dad left to Guam yet? or when does he leave on TDY?   or yea hes back?

 but yea as far as photos go, latly i havnt taken that many, because well not much has happened here recently... we just work haha nothing wrong with that. but still when i get a new area you know photos will go back up unless its in the city then i ant taken my camera out. 

  so this thrusday well be having three basptisms! woo!! it should be awesome! there three super cool people.  basically didn tneed to teach thm any thing they all just did it on there own. i´ve noticed that about every convert, its easy the entire time, you dont fight with them to go to church you dont fight there just prepared and they go. they´re escogidos! hah

 the only problem is district conference is coming up and we dont know when there going to confirm them.,, because Dk people dont get confirmed in District confrence but in Bani thats what they did. so i dont know. it should be fun. 

 dont worry when i gfet home ill help you orginzethe house and well keep it clean.  well be  a team just tackle it head on. then ice our heads because of how hard we hit it 

wooh wooh go JD get to be an actor!! ahh yea!!!
